History
PT Republik Kopi Hemindonesia was founded by Mr. Benyamin Tangkesalu in 1981 in the highlands of Toraja, South Sulawesi. Located at 1,700–1,800 meters above sea level, the plantation originally produced both coffee and passion fruit.
As demand for our coffee continued to grow, the plantation gradually shifted its focus entirely to coffee, producing premium coffee beans and ground coffee for both the Indonesian and international markets.
Present
Republik Kopi specializes in authentic Indonesian coffee experiences. We source beans directly from local farmers from Sumatra to Papua, with above-fair appreciation, and process them naturally, washed, or honey to preserve their true character.
We go a step further by providing free espresso machines to our hotel and café partners, along with training and the latest beverage trends. From bean to cup, Republik Kopi is here for you.

We also support with scheduled calibration, extensive skill training and updated beverages trend to ensure quality in every cup.
